Studio chefs practice their craft on the finest, imported kitchen equipment, including an exclusive, handcrafted Molteni range, as well as Pavailler ovens, world-renowned for their excellence in French baking. The Studio Kitchen opens up to the Chef's Table, a private room where guests enjoy a lively, interactive dining experience with Chef Strong, who is always eager to take guests on a tour of his kitchen.
